Our Reablement Service is designed to assist your loved ones in regaining the skills required to return to their own home. We will work with individuals to ensure that they are supported in their own homes so that they can safely practice those skills. The reablement approach supports people to do things for themselves. It is a 'doing with' model, in contrast to traditional home care which tends to be a 'doing for' model.

We provide you with a stay-in care and support worker who will stay 7-days-a week for as long as you would like. Our live-in carers pride themselves on keeping a clean and tidy home for you. This support is completely flexible to meet your personal needs and preferences. You will be in control of the domestic tasks required to be carried out.

We tailor our service users care plan to their specific needs and ensure that we treat our service users with respect and dignity.

More sensitivity is required for palliative care and support than for any of our other in-home care services, so our caregivers are professionally trained and sufficiently experienced to provide the best, compassionate care that will lessen your pain and the pain of your loved ones during this challenging time.

We can also help to support your loved one's personal hygiene, appearance, and well-being with dignity and compassion. Some of the duties we help with include medication administration, meal preparation and assistance, and assistance with getting out of bed.
